On August 25th, 2021, China Clean Transportation Partnership (CCTP) held its 13th themed Salon on the impact of dual carbon targets on bulk commodity freight volumes and freight turnover , supported by the Energy Foundation. The Salon invited more than 30 experts, academics, and industry practitioners from 13 organizations to discuss the possible changes in the supply and demand of bulk commodities under the double carbon target and the impact on the volume and turnover of freight transported accordingly.

The European market for passenger car registrations is growing in the red, and the comparison between the national situation and the manufacturers' situation shows that the European passenger car market in 2021 and 2020 can be described as two different things.
Europe in the article refers to the 30 countries of Europe listed in the chart. The EU refers to the 26 countries excluding Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. However, as the development of the 43 European countries is very uneven and data is missing for the other 13 countries, the analysis in this article only partially reflects the overall state of Europe.
